Oatmeal No Bake Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1t Vanilla
  • 3 1/2 cup Outmeal

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Mix sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and salt in a large pan. Bring to a full boil for 1 1/2 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from heat and then stir in peanut butter.

Step 3

Add vanilla and oatmeal, stir until oatmeal is coated with the chocolate mixture.

Step 4

Drop in little blobs to cool.
