Pumpkin Surprise is a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of pumpkin and spice with a creamy, dreamy filling. It's the perfect treat for any occasion, including Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1-1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon1  tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • (or 3 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice instead of the spices above)

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Mix together - spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and pour in mixture.

Step 2

Top with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, then drizzle 1/2 lb melted butter over top.

Step 3

Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes until knife comes out clean. May serve with whipped cream as well.
